January 2020: Compact steam peeling E²E condenser in operation for more than 6 months

The new E²E condenser developed with Tummers has been installed and successfully commissioned mid 2019. The compact E²E condenser condenses blow-off steam from two steam peelers and uses the heat released at high temperature for a blanching process and hot water generation. In addition, the emission of odour, vapour and noise are reduced to an absolute minimum: “Emission to Energy”. Tummers and Solutherm take care of the entire traject, from process design, manufacturing, installation to commissioning.
